Meet The Presenters
Ken Robinson is a partner in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group, focusing on complex immigration matters for individuals and employers. He advises on employment and family-based immigration issues, including H, L, E, TN, O, and P visas, green cards, EB-5 investments, and compliance. His clients include Fortune 100 companies, universities, hospitals, tech and engineering firms, athletes, and sports franchises. Ken frequently writes and speaks on immigration law and previously chaired the Immigration Practice Group at a national law firm. He also served as Special Counsel to the State of Ohio and has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Ohio Super Lawyers. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Sarah Charlton is an associate at Ice Miller, assisting clients with complex immigration matters. She previously served as a summer associate at the firm and completed externships with the Federal Public Defender’s Office and Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the U.S. District Court. A graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Sarah was managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal, president of the Criminal Law Society, and a Legal Writing Fellow. She also gained hands-on experience through the Justice for Children Clinic.
Scott Brody is an educator and thought leader in the areas of Child Development, Workforce Development and helping children to thrive in rapidly changing times. He owns three summer camps: Camps Kenwood & Evergreen which he directs in Wilmot NH; Everwood Day Camp in Sharon MA and Camp Sewataro in Sudbury MA. Scott is a past National Board Chair of the American Camp Association, which he led during the Covid crisis, and currently serves as ACA’s Government Affairs Co-Chair. He has served as an executive board member of the Partnership for 21st Century Learning in Washington, DC, as well as other national boards. Scott has led Congressional briefings on the importance of Bridge USA cultural exchange programs and on the ways that America’s summer camps build critical skills for children and promote college and career readiness for campers and staff members.
