Dr. Rachel Griffiths and Dr. Tom Griffiths of the Aquatic Safety Research Group, LLC are proud to offer a unique program for ACA members. This 3-hour, fast-paced seminar offers a variety of proactive prevention strategies from numerous sources to make aquatic activities at camps safer and more enjoyable. Suggestions for improved lifeguard surveillance as well as more efficient emergency action plans (EAPs) will be offered. Safer design considerations will also be discussed. Best practices developed through hundreds of inspections of pools and waterfronts around the globe will be presented. The strategies offered will be practical, effective, and affordable.
