Program staff work with hands-on science education, outdoor skills, and recreational instruction on our 360-acre outdoor camp located in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate has experience working with children, working outdoors, working in informal science education settings, or is eager to learn! Our classes and activities are designed to capture the spirit and magic of camp, while engaging students outside of the classroom in programs like Fossil Expeditions, Aquatic Habitats, Animal Adaptations, Teambuilding, Geocaching, Canoeing, High Ropes Adventures and more! Our Naturalists also have the opportunity to gain industry certifications in archery, lifeguarding, CPR, challenge course, and attend professional development conferences, seminars, and networking events with the OE Director.
