We will search
our pool of ACA-Accredited overnight camps
in New England to find the ones that most
closely meet your search criteria. We will
then request that those camps send you their
promotional materials and we will notify
you via email (or standard mail), which
camps you should expect information from.
It is, therefore, essential that you provide
us with correct information so that this
process occurs smoothly. THIS
IS NOT AN AUTOMATED SERVICE. Our
staff takes the time to look at each referral
and hand select camps that we feel are a
good match for your family. Depending on
the number of requests currently in the
system, email responses may take up to three
days, and it may take up to a week to receive
referral information from us via standard
mail.

child's name are necessary so that we,
and the camps, can keep track of referrals
as well as placements. |
| Your address is only
distributed to the camps that we feel
are good candidates for your family
so that they may send you their promotional
materials. |
| Your child's age,
date of birth and grade are necessary
because they are the tools that camps
use to track enrollment. We would not
wish to refer you to a camp that was
already full for your child's age, or
grade. (We use the date of birth to
determine what age your child will be
during the summer.) |
| We use your email
address to communicate to you the list
of prospective camps along with hotlinks
to their Web site addresses. The camps
may use your email as well to communicate
with you about their camp. If you do
not have an email address or prefer
not to use it, we will send you the
referral information via standard mail. |
If any of the contact information fields
are left blank, except for the e-mail address,
we will not be able to do a referral for
you. If you feel uncomfortable sending us
this information via the Internet, or have
any questions, please call us and speak
with our staff directly.
