Pizza
Crust
Fresh pizza crust for 12 large pizzas,
focacia, bread sticks or french bread

Serving size = 48
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of dry yeast
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 12 quarts of warm water
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 10 pounds of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of salt
Instructions
- Proof the yeast with the sugar and
water.
- Add oil after the yeast has bloomed.
- Add flour, begin mixing and then add
the salt.
- Allow the dough to mix for 10 minutes,
then cover and allow to rise for about
30 minutes or until doubled in the mixing
bowl or on the bench, covered.
- Cut into 22oz pieces and keep under
plastic until shaped in to large 16 in
pie crusts.
- If you want focacia, cut into 6oz pieces
and if you want french bread, cut the
dough into 24oz pieces
- Prepare pizza as you wish and bake
at 500 degrees F for 15 minutes, turning
half way through
