21st Annual Summer Camp Fair

Host: Indy’s Child Magazine
Cost: $ Table fee is $350 per table and comes with one 8 foot table, table cloth, two chairs and program listing. NO PIPE AND DRAPE to increase the number of exhibitors on the lower level.

9th Annual Michiana Summer Camp Fair
Saturday February 27, 2010                  10 am – 1 pm
Century Center, South Bend, IN  (new, larger, convenient location with more space and parking!!)

Host: South Bend Parks and Recreation Department
Cost is $50.00 per booth and comes with one 8 foot table, two chairs, and advertising.

There will be an additional cost of $50.00 (plus tax, $53.50) for electricity. This fee must be paid directly through the Century Center. An Electric Services form must be filled out and faxed to the Century Center before the event (this form is included in the packet sent).

21st Annual Summer Camp Discoveries Fair
Sunday March 7, 2010 12-4 p.m.
Canterbury Middle School, Fort Wayne, IN

Host: Canterbury Schools
Cost:    $110 includes a space approximately 8 feet by 6 feet and a 6-foot table. Visitors to the fair will be given a booklet detailing each camp, and hosts will direct and assist visitors. This nonrefundable fee also helps to cover the cost of our marketing efforts and production for the day’s events.
