Elected Positions

President-Elect
Takes office for one year, and automatically succeed to the office of the President upon the expiration of the term of the current President.

Vice President
Assumes the following duties for a three-year period: In the absence of the President or in the event of an inability or refusal to act, performs the duties of the President; works closely with the Field Services Committee. The President-Elect and Vice President become members of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Council of Delegates.

Treasurer
Serves for a three-year term; shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Corporation; shall receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the Corporation from any source whatsoever and deposit all monies in the name of the Corporation in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories.

Board members-at-large
Serves on the national board for a three-year term, elected from within the total ACA membership. Members-at-large may be asked to take responsibility for committees and/or boards, i.e. standards, ethics, etc. so that reporting from these groups can move directly to the Executive Committee and the National Board for information and/or action.
