This breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall. Get the attendees moving and motivated for the day with a coffee and bagel breakfast.  Attendees love to eat and appreciate a free meal. This is a great way to get them in the hall before they start attending educational sessions.

CommuniCamp/Cyber Café — Cost: $8,000
Rocky Mountain Sunscreen

CommuniCAmp is the networking place where all attendees will gather to share new ideas and talk about the sessions they have or will be attending. Attendees have the opportunity to update their membership records, post jobs, hold interviews, meet with camp leadership personnel, and pick up the latest news on ACA services. Attendees are only a step away from checking their email accounts at the Cyber Café.  The atmosphere is set to be relaxing with comfortable seating and tables.

    • Your logo as the screen saver & homepage on four internet stations for use by all conference participants to check their email, search the Web, etc.

BAGGO Social Tournament - Cost: $2,500

This event will be held right after the exhibit hall closes on Wednesday evening. The BAGGO Social is a fun game of beanbag toss that is held in the March Madness style. Last year we had over 44 teams participate. This is a fun evening for all and a great gathering for more networking. Cash bars and food will be provided to attendees.

Research Forum - Cost: $500

ACA's Research Forum provides camp directors, students, researchers, and educators with an opportunity to learn about and discuss new and emerging research topics, issues and opportunities relevant to the camp community. The evening social provides Forum attendees, and others interested in camp research, with outstanding networking opportunities.

EAC Breakfast (Editorial Advisor Committee) - Cost: $500

This is a breakfast for the Editorial Advisory Committee to meet and review the work of last year, strategy emerging issues, articles and meeting the needs of ACA’s readership.
